Alafaya Woods ACC Reminder
ACC REMINDER:
When submitting your ACC application for any & all exterior improvements application must be complete.
- ALL requests must be submitted on an ACC request form. If you submit your request without the form, your request will be denied.
- ALL fence applications must include your survey marking clearly where the fence will be installed and the type of materials you will be using.
- If you plan to paint you must select an approved color scheme. On the application form you will need to include the color scheme you selected.
- You should not schedule the work prior to receiving your approval letter.
- The ACC Committee has up to 30 days to review your application. In most cases it does not take this long.
Please be kind to your neighborhood volunteers, they are here to help you!

Save the date! – Breakfast with Santa – Dec. 9, 2023
Breakfast with Santa
Saturday December 9th
9:30am – 12:30pm
Alafaya Woods Community Park
Come out and join us for breakfast with Santa and a day filled with magical snow and enjoy a holiday performance by University Performing Arts dancers!
Pancakes, sausage, scrambled eggs, and breakfast potatoes will be served from 9:30am until we run out!
Santa and Mrs. Claus will be arriving around 9:45am, bring your cameras to take photos. Santa’s elves will be on hand to help the kids make an ornament to take home.
There will be a ton of prizes for adults and kids. Make sure to get your ticket when you arrive.
Don’t forget to drop your nominations for the holiday decoration contest in the green mailbox at the park, send an email to yardcommittee@alafayawoodshoa.com or through the Alafaya Woods website alafayawoodshoa.com.
