ACC REMINDER:
When submitting your ACC application for any & all exterior improvements application must be complete.
- ALL requests must be submitted on an ACC request form. If you submit your request without the form, your request will be denied.
- ALL fence applications must include your survey marking clearly where the fence will be installed and the type of materials you will be using.
- If you plan to paint you must select an approved color scheme. On the application form you will need to include the color scheme you selected.
- You should not schedule the work prior to receiving your approval letter.
- The ACC Committee has up to 30 days to review your application. In most cases it does not take this long.
